Swiftwater II Rescue Training Members from Boulder Fire-Rescue Department, Boulder Emergency Squad, Boulder Rural Fire Rescue, and Big Elk Meadows Fire Protection District certified from May 22nd to May 23rd, 2021 in Swiftwater II.
