Fit For Fire 5K The Denver Fire Department 2015 Fit for Fire 5K was held on October 11th, 2015 in Washington Park in Denver. The fun run for kids, a 5K run, a 5K walk. Proceeds from the event benefit the Friends of the Denver Fire Department and the Denver Firefighter’s Burn Foundation.
Station 4 Open House Westminster Fire Department held their annual open house at Station 4 on October 10th, 2015. Kids of all ages came out to learn about fire safety, meet with firefighters, tour the fire engines, fire truck rides and a kiddie combat obstacle course. Flight for Life was also on hand with a landing and tours of the medical helicopter.

IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial On September 19th, 2015 the 29th Annual International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial was held at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs. Poudre Fire Safety Day Poudre Fire Authority held a safety day in downtown Fort Collins on September 19th, 2015. The Department set up several in-service and antique apparatus for the public to view. Additional actives for the kids were also on hand. Poudre Valley EMS also participated in the event.
Station 32 Open House Fairmount Fire Protection District held an Open House at Station 32 on September 12th, 2015.
