Littleton Station 17

Station 17 – Highlands Ranch

Fire Station 17 was located at 9554 S. University Blvd. and was the first fire station built in Highlands Ranch in 1988 (Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District # 1). The first due area was made up of single & multi-family homes, retail, C-470 and a large area of open space south of Highlands Ranch. This station became South Metro Fire Rescue (Colorado) Station 17.
