Denver Condo Fire

Just after 23:00 on February 5th, 2018 Denver Fire Department responded to a reported commercial structure fire at the Pebble Creek Condos 3550 S. Harlan St with multiple 911 calls. 28’s a pair arrived to a two-story condo with heavy fire showing, Engine 28 established a water supply on Harlan Street and started fire attack. Chief 7 arrived and assumed command and assigned Tower 23 to start a primary search on the first and second floors of the unit. Engine 36 pulled a second line inside the unit and Engine 25 arrived and assisted with roof ops. Command advised Dispatch that the fire was under control at 23:35, and crews worked hot spots with an extended overhaul. American Red Cross was called for four occupants that were displaced by the fire. No injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation.
