Southwestern Polk County Rural Fire Protection District (SWPRFD), established in 1947 and located in Polk County (Oregon).

Southwestern Polk Rural Fire Protection District, in cooperation with the Dallas Fire & EMS Department covering approximately 239 square miles 123 square miles. The District also has a contract with Dallas to cover the central and western portions of the District.  Dallas Station has two apparatus owned by the district.

Southwestern Polk Rural Fire Protection District has a separate agreement with the City of Falls City. This contract provides that district will provide Falls City Fire Department (FCFD) with apparatus and equipment to be used both in Falls City and in the district. FCFD is to provide personnel to staff and operate this apparatus. SWPRFD pays Falls City an annual amount to support FCFD operations in exchange for response service into the district.
