California Wildland Deployments
In January of 2025 a set of wildfires broke out threatening the City of Los Angeles. Crews from all over the western United States responded to aid. These apparatus can be assigned as Initial Attack engines to fight the current fires or Pre-Positioned resources to respond to additional calls that my come out. These firefighters can be deployed for 14-21 days at one day with travel time on either side of the deployment making for a long time away from family and friends.
